Winter Chills

I feel excited tho I must admit, with the winter warmers been purchased and in preparations I begin cleaning the closet and not forgetting the thoughts. O yeah! very important .
Because we have 4 seasons in a year, I take much advantage of it in many ways. The exciting part is changing your wardrobe, then all the delicious soups that are prepared and not forgetting the fireplace, the place that as the most warmth and relaxation. Brrrrr
While we sail through the year, of seasons we should also make changes to the way of living, the cycle, and the routine. Change is good, but how you improve your changes is even better.
I can't always live this rat race, of a busy life, and not have time for friends and family, so I have made it my duty that every day I will call a friend or family from my phone book.
What I did notice is that after the catch up I feel much pleased that the effort was taken. The warm-heated conversation is healthy for the mind and I feel pleased that the call was made. try it!
I love that I develop an attitude of gratitude every single morning without fail. When I open my eyes in the morning before my feet touch the ground, I am so grateful for the simple things life has to offer, for eg: breathing fresh air or having the sunlight touch my skin or having a wonderful home or having a life partner. There is so much to be grateful for and some of us don't even realize it.! When you perform the act of gratitude, your worries and stress level tend to drop or shall i say change. You become more happier than sad, you become grateful then depressed, you attract the right energy for the day.
One of my favorites is performing three acts of kindness. These can range from the very small to the very big. When we are self-obsessed, we think of ourselves all the time and often feel bad as a result; when we are kindness-obsessed, we think of others and feel the joy of making them smile. Helping others helps yourself, period. It may seem selfish to think of it that way, but if you can help yourself and someone else at the same time, why not?
Twenty minutes of exercise that I enjoy. People often give up on their fitness plan because they do exercise that they don’t enjoy. And it’s a shame because exercise is not only good for your body but also your mental health. Stick to what you like (in my case jogging), and you’ll find adopting the exercise habit more fun—and more lasting
From someone who never liked to read, I found something I enjoy and read-aloud for three minutes (or as long as I can muster). Stand up straight and tall and take pride in reading, as you may have done when you were a child. This boost my confidence, and developing this habit will also help instill a small level of self-discipline. It’s an easy thing to achieve this each day, and something you can feel good about.
Something that I love doing that brings me so much inner peace and prosperity is mediation. Well, it's not just meditation. but concentrations. The lighting of 3 scented candles, closing my eyes, breathing in and out from my tummy upwards. Clearing my mind and concentrating with my third eye. This helps me have a balanced mood as well and energy that flows in all positive direction, To be very honest, trying to concentrate at first was very difficult as the mind wanders, this is so normal for everyone. But bringing yourself to be centered is amazing! You must try it:)
Fruits, yes another to add on to the shopping list. We all have that bit of sweet tooth. but recently when my husband and I had gone shopping I refused to pick up junk food and put it into the trolley. Guess what I did pick a bag of carrots and I mean a "bag". Asparagus, Ginger, lemons, celery, bananas. This may seem like an odd kind list of things ..hahaha but on a serious note. Having 1 fruit a day, or a glass of carrot juice or my new favorite ginger shot. is super healthy for the body.
Once you start this routine of having something healthy on your diet, automatically you will always have the graving...mmm something else is that almond and prunes are very good, and I am wanting to have some right now... I told you once you start healthy you always want to be healthy,.. I do feel guilty when I have a chocolate or a pack of chips. , so I stay away.. well ,I try
When I come out of the season, the changes made in the space of the 4 months, every month you will want to challenge yourself and try new things .
Something else that does come to mind, I gap in some time to watch a motivational video (Please view attached) for some self-development. After all, we all need some sort of motivation and as we get older we become ahead of our game.

In life, we should fill our cup to the brim, with so much love, excitement, happiness, peace, prosperity, etc, it must overflow with abundance. Look after your life and your life with look after you. Take responsibility!
Grow every day knowing that you are becoming a better vision of yourself, Grow every day knowing that you are learning something new, Grow every day knowing that you have shared a bit of kindness, and your last one, Grow every day and own the seasons in your life!!
As winter approaches, be ready for the change of your life! Sitting in the same cycle wont help you progress but making changes will begin to bring lots of prosperity .
