Tea with my grandparents

As I reflect on the past I remember the fond moments shared with my grandparents. The little chats about life and future and some funny moments with my granddad when he use to perform spontaneous magic tricks on the balcony of their home in Overport Durban.  Now as I, in particular, take a moment break from work, sipping on a hot cup of five rose tea, I began to reminisce the days when I use to visit my grandparents. So fragile and carm with warm hugs and smiles. There is nothing better than paying a visit to my grandparents.  As I step into home that shared so many memories, the kettle switch went on and the crackling noise of the biscuit packet been open. So happy to see me and the rest of the family members. Any sort of spoils that could be given at that moment was so precious. The tea was brought to the lounge table and the sweet conversations use to begin, simple catch-ups were all that made my grandparent's hearts happy. Seeing our faces knowing that we were ok...
