As I look around me, at the age of 35, I wonder what I could or should have changed in my life journey.?

We all want to turn back the hands of time, Especially when a family member has passed away there would be so much we would want to do and say to that person, or to change the choices we have made, from studying to people we have dated, or the kind of circle that grew in, inspired us...

Its strange that when we do look at our past, the trials and tribulations, the good the bad, the happy the sorrow we have come so far, and if it was these moments in life", that made us stronger and understand Life in a better context! 

But little did we know that we have become a better version of ourselves, so should we regret or should we be thankful"?

There is no reason to be hard on yourself , when we born the first 16 years of our lives is taken care of by our parents, for those that are privileged  thereafter we are then welcomed into the actually world... of REALITY when the choices made define us... every step of the way... even the people we join... the things we do, the way we look at Life, they way we speak, and react to life 

Sometimes,,, we have made choices have we grown thinking it was right but should have actually been better.... So in life live with no expectation but learn from every obstacle that made you stronger...

As I look back at my timeline, 35 years down the next 35 I will turn it around...
I know we only grow from our life experiences ... Nobody life is meant as perfect, If it was how boring it would be, so let us be grateful for what we have, how far we have come, and what made us stronger... how can we help the next person to grow in our journey of this life..

 A book I am currently reading Trillion dollar coach - Second Chapter entitled - 

 Your title Makes you a Manager . Your People Make You a Leader, 

 This title has so much of power, meaning and emphases.  (Watch out for my next blog, to tell u more about this chapter and how it adapts to our day to day life)

Every morning, I start my day with a Dirty Chai at Vida e Cafe. It’s my little ritual, a moment of calm before the day’s challenges begin. As I sip my chai, I feel myself gearing up for what lies ahead, getting into the mindset to tackle whatever the day throws at me. Life is strange, isn’t it?  As we grow older, we learn — from our elders, from our families, from our friends — and most importantly, we learn from our Punditji. (The  term "Punditji" is a respectful address for a knowledgeable person, often used in Hindu religious or cultural contexts. "Pundit" refers to a learned scholar or expert, particularly in subjects like scriptures, rituals, philosophy, and music. The suffix "ji" is an honorific used in Indian culture to show respect. So, "Punditji" is a polite and respectful way of addressing a Pundit, similar to calling someone "Professor" or "Reverend" in English.)
